About the Role
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and confident individuals to join our Growth Team as Junior Growth Managers.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, building professional relationships, networking, and contributing to business growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with educational institutions, universities, corporate organizations, and other stakeholders through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and field visits when required.




The role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build their careers in Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to colleges, universities, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and other stakeholders.
Identify and connect with potential clients and business partners.
Build and maintain robust professional relationships with prospects and existing partners.
Understand client requirements and communicate the organization's offerings effectively.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the Senior Business Development/Management team.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the engagement process.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client onboarding.
Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversion
