Key Responsibilities

Perform monthly server patching and ongoing security patching for Windows servers and infrastructure components to ensure compliance and system stability.
Manage and implement Fortinet firewall patching and updates, including firmware upgrades, security policies, and best-practice configurations.
Administer and support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, endpoint security, application deployment, and policy management.
Handle KACE administration, including asset management, software deployment, patch management, and reporting.
Administer and support RingCentral services, including user provisioning, call routing, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
Provide Tier II technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, network,



and system-related issues.
Manage SSL/TLS certificates, including renewals, installations, and troubleshooting certificate-related issues.
Perform DNS updates and management, ensuring accurate configuration and minimal downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and security-related issues.
Maintain proper documentation for systems, procedures, configurations, and change management activities.
Ensure adherence to IT security policies, compliance standards, and best practices
