Compensation: The role carries a gross annual compensation of 15LPA – 18LPA, to be
determined based on depth of experience, functional expertise, leadership maturity, and
overall role alignment.

ROLE OBJECTIVE
To build, scale, and sustain a high-performance organization by leading Talent Acquisition,
Talent Management, and Talent Retention through structured, technology-enabled, and
business-aligned HR practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
1. Talent Acquisition
● Drive quality and quantity hiring aligned to business plans
● Implement and manage ATS for end-to-end recruitment
● Ensure structured interviews, onboarding, documentation, and reference checks
● Improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and early-stage retention

2. Talent Management
● Implement employee self-service and HR automation
● Design and own a robust Performance Management System (PMS)
● Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives




● Strengthen internal career progression and leadership pipeline

3. Talent Retention
● Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
● Lead Learning & Development with robust focus on upskilling across functions
● Measure impact of L&D; and engagement programs on performance and retention

4. Team Leadership
● Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
● Build second-line HR leadership
● Position HR as a strategic business partner
