Vice President (VP) – Operations

Role Overview :-

Lead end-to-end logistics, supply chain, and fulfillment operations while driving operational excellence, profitability, scalability, and customer experience across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead First Mile, Middle Mile, Last Mile, Warehousing, Fulfillment, and Transportation operations.
Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Own operational P&L;, cost optimization, productivity, and service quality.
Scale multi-city operations while improving SLAs, delivery performance, and fleet utilization.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Finance, Sales, and HR teams.
Drive network expansion, capacity planning, operational analytics, and continuous process improvements.




Build and mentor high-performing teams while ensuring governance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Experience

8–10 years of progressive experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or Marketplace Operations.
3–5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing large-scale operations and cross-functional teams.
