Job Description: International Business Development (IBD)

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented International Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop international markets, manage client relationships, and drive global sales growth. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and international partners to expand the company's global presence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Identify and evaluate current international markets and business opportunities.
Develop market entry strategies to expand the company's global presence.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers, distributors, and business partners.
International Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
Communicate regularly with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate support.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Sales & Negotiation




Drive international sales activities and achieve business targets.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, pricing, and commercial terms with clients and partners.
Monitor sales performance and contribute to revenue growth.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Analyze market opportunities and provide insights for business expansion.
Prepare reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Regulatory & Export Operations
Coordinate with regulatory teams and local agents for product registration and compliance requirements in international markets.
Manage export documentation, shipping coordination, and logistics processes.
Ensure smooth execution of international orders.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and operations teams.
