About The Opportunity

A quick-growing retail and apparel sourcing consultancy operating across India and South Asia, we partner with global brands to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, cost-efficient apparel and lifestyle products. Our merchandising team acts as the critical bridge between international buyers and Indian manufacturing ecosystems—ensuring speed, compliance, quality, and margin optimization across categories like denim, knits, wovens, and accessories.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end merchandising for key global clients—from seasonal line planning to sample development, bulk production, and shipment coordination.
Manage and optimize vendor relationships across tier-1 and tier-2 manufacturing units in Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh.
Ensure adherence to technical specifications, costing benchmarks, quality benchmarks (AQL), and delivery timelines across all product categories.
Conduct pre-production, in-line, and final inspections; resolve quality deviations with factory teams and buyers proactively.




Prepare and present merchandising reports including line item costing, margin tracking, capacity planning, and vendor performance dashboards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, quality, logistics, and finance to align production with buyer expectations and commercial targets.
