Job Summary :-

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Python (AI/ML & Computer Vision) to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Python development, AI/ML, and Computer Vision, along with proven experience leading engineering teams, driving technical architecture, and delivering production-grade solutions.

The role requires a combination of technical leadership, backend engineering, machine learning deployment, and cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities :-

Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable Python-based applications.
Mentor and guide development teams while ensuring engineering best practices.
Design and develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Build scalable backend systems, microservices, and ETL/data processing pipelines.
Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production.




Develop and optimize Computer Vision solutions for real-world applications.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production environments.
Design robust database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver high-quality software.
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

8+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar leadership role.
Robust expertise in Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Extensive experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend applications.
Experience building scalable microservices and ETL/data pipelines.
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience in Machine Learning and C
