KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - RETURNABLE PACKAGING HANDLING (KAM), Supa, Ahilyanagar
Experience: 5-8 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations and ensure optimum space utilization & efficient material flow.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
Manage inventory and movement of returnable packaging assets like pallets, crates, bins, containers, etc.
Monitor asset circulation, recovery, utilization and minimize losses, damage & shrinkage.
Coordinate repair, refurbishment, cleaning & quality inspection of assets.
Plan and coordinate warehouse & transportation activities to meet customer SLAs.
Lead, mentor and develop warehouse teams; drive performance and training.
Ensure safety, compliance, 5S and environmental standards. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma and digital initiatives.
Prepare daily,



weekly & monthly operational reports and track KPIs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5-8 years of experience in warehouse operations, returnable packaging or supply chain environment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control & returnable asset management.
Experience in handling teams and managing vendor/ transport partners.
Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
