Email Marketing Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute,
and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer
retention. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email marketing platforms,
campaign automation, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
● Create, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and
promotional emails.
● Build and manage email automation workflows and drip campaigns.
● Must have experience of targeting and engaging with clients in the USA, Malaysia & Dubai
market.
● Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the
customer lifecycle including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty,
retention, surveys, and transactional emails.
● Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and
revenue performance against KPI goals.




● Use customer data such as web-behavior to drive the message and content personalization.
● Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in
various regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR or CASL).
● Write compelling subject lines and email copy to improve open and click through rates.
● Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
● Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
● Maintain email database hygiene by managing subscriptions, bounces, and inactive
contacts.
● Ensure high email deliverability by following industry best practices.
● Work closely with the sales team to support lead nurturing initiatives.

Required Skills
● 2–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
● Hands on experience with email marketing platforms such as Zoho Campaigns,
Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, or Active Campaign.
