Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Articled Assistant role based in Noida. The Articled Assistant will support audit engagements, including statutory, tax, internal, and special-purpose audits across multiple jurisdictions, and assist with working papers,



documentation, and report preparation. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting corporate and tax compliance filings, and assisting in GST, income tax, and international tax-related assignments. The role involves conducting research on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters, helping with ROC and FEMA documentation, and coordinating with clients to obtain information and clarify queries. The Articled Assistant will also contribute to process documentation, data analysis, and maintenance of organized records while working closely with seniors and partners on live client projects.
Qualifications
Enrolled as a CA student eligible for articleship under ICAI, with strong academic grounding in accounting, audit, and taxation.
