Description

We are looking for a driven, curious, and coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound lead management. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you'll engage decision-makers, understand their business needs, and schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to career growth within sales.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect into target accounts through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
Respond to and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, events, and partner referrals. Must be done in a timely manner
Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, challenges, and buying timelines.
Generate recent business opportunities by identifying and engaging decision-makers.




Execute structured outbound and inbound follow-up cadences to maximize lead conversion.
Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoff of opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline in CRM.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality, messaging, and conversion rates.
Continuously refine outreach strategies and messaging based on performance metrics and feedback.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or SDR/BDR positions is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable engaging prospects through phone, email, and social selling.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads, priorities, and follow-up activities.
Technology competent and comfortable using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
