We are seeking a strategic, analytically rigorous individual to fill the role of a Strategic Insights Manager within the Commercial Strategy & Transformation team. This role will serve as a critical partner in driving a 360° view of business performance, supporting the Line of Business (LoB) Rhythm of the Business (RtB), and advancing high-impact commercial transformation initiatives.
This individual will combine structured problem solving, data-driven insight generation,



and cross-functional influence to accelerate growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accountability to transformational OKRs.
Support the Rhythm of the Business (RtB) operating model (e.g., QBR preparation, earnings support, dashboard development) while advancing carved-out workstreams and transformation-focused analyses
Lead efforts to gather, analyze, and interpret commercial performance data, customer insights, and market trends to identify actionable insights and synthesize at an executive level
Develop detailed fact bases and standardized assessment approach to formulate initial data-driven hypotheses to guide strategic discussions and decision-making
Create robust business cases and financial models to assess the feasibility, impact, and ROI of proposed transformation initiatives working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to validate assumptions, conduct sensitivity analysis, and present recomme
