BRÜK is a premium consumer lifestyle brand inspired by Scandinavian design — built around simplicity, functionality, and everyday joy. We're in the early stages of building something meaningful, and influencer marketing is currently our primary growth channel. We're looking for someone to own this end-to-end.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing Executive to manage our entire creator pipeline — from finding the right influencers to getting campaigns live and tracking what actually works.
This is a doer role, not a strategy-only role. You'll work closely with the founders and be responsible for every step of a campaign, start to finish.
What You'll Own
1. Influencer Identification & Shortlisting
Find and shortlist creators who fit BRÜK's audience and aesthetic
Evaluate creators based on engagement rate, hook rate, content quality, and past brand collabs — not just follower count
2. Outreach & Onboarding
Reach out to shortlisted creators and manage conversations end-to-end
Handle onboarding, deliverables, timelines, and creator agreements
3. Campaign Briefs & Content Concepts
Write clear campaign briefs for each collaboration
Come up with UGC/Reel concepts and hooks that fit the brand
Guide creators through revisions to make sure the final content is on-brand
4. Product Seeding & Negotiations
Manage product seeding to creators
Negotiate rates and deliverables within budget
5. Campaign Coordination
Coordinate each campaign from brief to posting to wrap-up
Make sure content goes live on time and as agreed
6. Performance Tracking
Track creator performance and engagement post-campaign
Identify top-performing creators to prioritize for repeat collaborations
Share simple performance summaries with the founders
