We are looking for a City Manager to own the rooftop solar business end-to-end across the city. The role leads the city operations team—the Installation Manager, Liaisoning Manager, Warehouse Manager, and AMC Lead—and is accountable for the full order lifecycle from postsales handover through site survey, material readiness, installation, commissioning, and lifetime service. The City Manager owns the city's installation throughput, TAT, cost and profitability, quality (first-time-right), and customer delight, while coordinating with Design, Customer Delight, and Purchase, and reporting progress to Central Ops. Key Responsibilities

Lead the city operations team: Manage the Installation Manager, Liaisoning Manager, Warehouse Manager, and AMC Lead, and own overall city performance across installations, liaisoning, warehouse, and AMC.
Daily planning & targets: Run daily planning and standups with the functional managers, -setting daily targets, reviewing progress, and unblocking issues.
Own the end-to-end order lifecycle & TAT:



Drive every order through its full journey— post-sales handover → site survey/BOQ → warehouse kitting → installation → commissioning & net metering → handover → AMC—and ensure completion within defined TATs.
Installation throughput & FTR: Through the Installation Manager, ensure crews are scheduled efficiently to hit the city's monthly installation target, balancing in-house and vendor teams, and drive first-time-right (FTR) execution to reduce rework and repeat visits.
Liaisoning, commissioning & cost: Through the Liaisoning Manager, ensure netmetering and DISCOM commissioning move within TAT and that liaisoning costs (meter charges, fees) stay within budget, with applications tracked to synchronisation and closure.
Warehouse & material flow: Through the Warehouse Manager, ensure first-, mid-, and last-mile material flow keeps every site supplied on schedule, inventory is accurate, and DCR/non-DCR lots are correctly segregated and traceable.
