Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Specialist role based in Hennur, Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will engage prospective and existing clients, understand their property requirements, and present curated luxury and investment-led real estate options. Daily activities include conducting property tours and site visits,



managing inquiries, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations to close sales. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with advisory and concierge teams to deliver a seamless client experience, and staying up to date on market trends, new launches, and exclusive inventory. The Sales Specialist is expected to build long-term client relationships and represent Dwelling’s commitment to quality and premium service.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build trust.
Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and meet revenue goals.
