Position: Purchase Executive
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Industry: Fire fighting Industry only
Location: Hadapsar, Pune

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities for Fire Fighting & MEP projects, ensuring timely availability of materials with cost efficiency and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage procurement of Fire Fighting & MEP materials (pipes, valves, pumps, fittings, equipment)
• Identify and develop vendors and suppliers
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)
• Compare quotations and perform rate negotiation
• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements
• Coordinate with site, design, and project teams
• Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and vendor details
• Monitor stock levels and avoid material shortages.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering
2–5 years’ experience in Purchase (Fire Fighting / MEP site execution)
Knowledge of vendor management & negotiation
Experience in purchase process, PO, and documentation
