A results-driven Business Development leader who can spearhead the growth of our CX and Contact Centre business by identifying, engaging and converting new enterprise clients. This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on opening doors, building CXO-level relationships and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

6+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably within BPO, BPM, Contact Centre, CX or Customer Service outsourcing.
Demonstrated experience in new client acquisition / hunting / new logo sales.




Proven track record of selling enterprise-level outsourcing or CX solutions.
Strong understanding of the Contact Centre/BPO ecosystem and associated commercial models.
Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong CXO-level communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to independently build a pipeline rather than rely primarily on inbound leads or existing accounts.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling business solutions.
Experience in handling large RFPs/RFIs and enterprise deal closures will be an advantage.
