Key Responsibilities
Design and develop test approaches & rigs in sync with physical and functional design of mechanical components.
Lead capability to simulate functions and failures in rig and lab workplace with their function, reliability and durability understanding.
Bring in benchmarking and customer application driven test capability in a lab environment.
Ability to converge virtual simulation, design and customer application driven physics in a lab environment.
Develop a risk-based test strategy, plan test procedures and author test cases based on PRD,
Field Failures and DFMEA documents.
Develop and Maintain Validation Test Plan for complete two wheeler systems including chassis, suspension, brakes and transmission etc.
To prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, component owners, product and quality assurance to define test plans and acceptance criteria.
Lead teams to Identify sensors, actuators, vendors and data acquisition systems relevant to each of the functional components and integrate them in the lab capability.
Ideal Candidate
Overall 12 to 18 years of experience in the validation/testing environment of 2 wheeler or automotive systems.
Demonstrated experience in developing detailed validation plans & reports based on functional and regulatory requirements.
Detailed design and functional understanding of critical two wheeler components : Brakes
