Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, tracking and analysing leads, understanding lead quality and conversions, and ensuring that insights from the admissions process are communicated effectively to the marketing teams. The role requires close monitoring of marketing performance and admissions outcomes, including inquiries, walk-ins, follow-ups, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Admissions Team to understand the quality of leads generated through different marketing activities.
* Track how marketing activities are contributing to inquiries, campus visits, walk-ins, applications, and admissions.
* Maintain regular communication between the Admissions Team and external marketing agencies.
* Provide the marketing agencies with regular feedback and insights from the Admissions Team regarding lead quality,



parent/student requirements, conversion challenges, and other relevant observations.
* Communicate campaign updates, marketing changes, and current initiatives from external agencies to the Admissions Team.
* Maintain records and update status of all leads, inquiries, follow-ups, marketing activities, and campaign performance on a regular basis.
* Collect, organise, and analyse lead data from different sources and marketing channels.
* Segregate leads based on relevant parameters and track their progress through the admissions process.
* Prepare and submit regular follow-up and lead status reports to the management.
* Assist in identifying gaps between marketing-generated leads and admissions conversions.
* Adapt to additional marketing, coordination, reporting, or administrative responsibilities as required by the management.
