Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Gurgaon/NCR real estate market and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads into successful property sales.
Handle clients and understand their property requirements and budget.
Present and promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
Arrange and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular updates of leads,



follow-ups, and sales activities.
Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor projects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
RequirementsQualification: Graduate/Post Graduate.
Experience: 2–5 years in Real Estate Sales.
Experience in Residential/Commercial/Luxury Real Estate will be preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of Gurgaon/NCR real estate market.
Two-wheeler/vehicle is mandatory.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools.
