Marketing Communications Intern
Type: Internship (Full-time)

About the Role
Tricog Health is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Intern to support the stakeholder
management process for internal marketing collateral requests. This role sits at the center of how internal teams (sales,
inside sales, business development, leadership, etc.) get their marketing and design needs fulfilled, from the first
requirement conversation to final delivery.
You'll sit in on stakeholder calls to capture requirements first-hand, then own the behind-the-scenes work: turning those
requirements into clear creative briefs, coordinating with the design and video team, and ensuring nothing gets duplicated
or built from scratch unnecessarily. The Business Analyst continues to lead stakeholder relationships throughout, with
strong performance in this role opening the door to taking on direct stakeholder ownership over time.

Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Capture
• Sit in on stakeholder calls and take detailed, structured notes on each requirement - context, purpose, audience,



and
deadline
• Flag any gaps or ambiguities in the requirement to clarify with the stakeholder
2. Brief Creation
• Convert captured requirements into clear, structured creative briefs
• Ensure briefs capture objective, format, messaging direction, brand guidelines, timelines, and any reference
material
• Share the draft brief for review before it's routed to the Marketing Head for task delegation
3. Asset Audit & Gap Analysis
• Before a current brief is finalised, check whether the requested collateral (or something close to it) already exists in
the marketing asset library
• If existing assets can be reused or lightly tweaked to meet the need, propose that route instead of a fresh build
• If a new asset is genuinely required, assess its priority/importance relative to the team's current workload and flag
this in the brief
