Position Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Lead Consultant with 10–15 years of overall SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience, including 5–7+ years of strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off. The consultant will be responsible for leading end-to-end Time Off implementations, global rollouts, enhancements, integrations, and production support engagements. The role requires solid functional expertise in leave and absence management, Time Off configuration, business rules, accruals, workflows, permissions, and Employee Central integrations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading customer workshops, conducting solution design discussions,



managing functional delivery, mentoring consultants, and working with global business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Implementation Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Time Off implementation and rollout projects. Drive requirement gathering, business process analysis, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable SuccessFactors Time Off solutions. Participate in global template design and country-specific rollouts. Lead enhancement and optimization initiatives for existing Time Off implementations.
