Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle for the manufacturing plant.
Develop and execute manpower planning and recruitment strategies based on plant requirements.
Ensure timely hiring, onboarding, induction, and deployment of employees.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
Manage attendance, shifts, leave, overtime, payroll inputs, and manpower records.
Coordinate with plant leadership and department heads for manpower requirements and HR priorities.
Drive performance management, appraisal, promotions, transfers, and confirmation processes.
Identify training needs and coordinate technical, behavioural, safety, and compliance training.
Develop employee engagement initiatives to improve retention, morale, and productivity.
Monitor absenteeism, attrition, workforce productivity, and employee-related KPIs.
Support audit requirements, inspections,
statutory documentation, and HR compliance.
Coordinate with Administration, EHS, Security, Finance, and other support functions.
Prepare and present HR MIS, manpower reports, attrition reports, and management dashboards.
Drive HR process improvements and ensure effective implementation of company policies at the plant.
