nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions across the Fine jewellery manufacturing process.n
- Drive continuous quality improvement to reduce defects, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance manufacturing efficiency.n
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).n
- Conduct quality inspections at incoming, in-process,



and final stages of production.n
- Monitor product quality across casting, filing, assembling, soldering, polishing, stone setting, finishing, and packing processes.n
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).n
- Analyze rejection, rework, repair, and customer complaint data to identify improvement opportunities.n
- Establish quality checkpoints and inspection criteria for each production stage.n
- Approve first-off samples, pilot batches, and final product releases.n
- Ensure jewellery dimensions, weight, finish, polish, solder quality, stone alignment, and overall craftsmanship meet specifications.n
- Train production and quality teams on inspection standards, defect prevention, and quality awareness.n

- Bachelor's degree
