Position: Placement Manager

Location: Kerala (Travel Required Across Kerala)

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in Placement / Corporate Relations

Key Responsibilities

* Travel across Kerala to identify and generate placement opportunities and job vacancies.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, HR teams, and hiring partners.

* Develop current corporate tie-ups for student placements and internships.

* Coordinate and manage placement activities across all Offenso Hackers Academy branches.

* Lead and support the placement team in all branches to achieve placement targets.

* Track student placements, interview schedules, and corporate hiring pipelines.

* Organize recruitment drives, campus interviews, and placement events.

* Ensure timely follow-up with companies and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

* Minimum 4 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, or Talent Acquisition.

* Strong network with companies across Kerala is an added advantage.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.

* Ability to lead and manage a multi-branch placement team.
