IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer I to manage day-to-day IT operations and
provide technical support for end-user computing and workspace technology

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage and support Windows and Mac laptops, including setup, configuration,
troubleshooting, and maintenance

* Provide technical support for printers, scanners, and other peripheral
devices

* Troubleshoot and resolve WiFi connectivity issues for end users

* Manage meeting room technology, including AV equipment, video conferencing
systems, and display screens

* Respond to IT support tickets and requests in a timely manner

* Perform hardware and software installations and upgrades

* Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assets

* Manage hardware and software asset lifecycle including deployment, tracking,
and disposal

* Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
