Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, and following up on inquiries to convert prospects into customers. The Inside Sales Executive will maintain a sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to present suitable solutions to clients.



Daily activities include engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, providing product and service information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The role also includes updating CRM records, meeting defined sales targets, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills to manage end-to-end sales cycles and achieve targets.
Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and handling client queries effectively.
Basic understanding of software, web, or mobile application services; prior IT or SaaS sales experience is an advantage.
Ability to work with CRM tools, maintain accurate records, and analyze sales data.
