Bhuban's Institute for Leadership & Excellence (BILEx) is inviting applications from experienced Cabin Crew professionals for a part-time training engagement in Tinsukia, Assam.

ESSENTIAL ELIGIBILITY:
Applicants must have prior professional experience as Cabin Crew with a commercial airline.
Applications from candidates without Cabin Crew experience will not be considered for this position.

Cabin Familiarisation and Pre-Flight / Post-Flight Responsibilities

Handling Difficult Passengers & Service Recovery




Safety & Emergency Procedure Awareness
Aviation Terminology & Airline Industry Orientation
Cross-Cultural Awareness & Qualified Conduct
Cabin Crew Recruitment Process & Interview Preparation
Group Discussions, Mock Interviews & Assessment Practice
Career Readiness & Professional Development

Preferred Profile:
We are looking for a professionally presented individual with hands-on Cabin Crew experience and a strong understanding of cabin operations, passenger service, grooming standards and professional airline service expectations.

The candidate should possess excellent English communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage, mentor and prepare aspiring Cabin Crew professionals for industry expectations.
