Role Overview
We are looking for a presentable, energetic and highly proactive Corporate Partnerships professional who will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with HR, Admin, Employee Benefits, Wellness and Corporate Affairs teams across MNCs and leading Indian companies.
The primary objective of this role will be to identify prospective corporate organizations, connect with their HR/decision-makers, understand their employee wellness requirements, and build long-term partnerships for employee wellness initiatives, health camps, preventive healthcare programs, awareness sessions and other corporate engagement activities.
The candidate should be comfortable meeting senior HR stakeholders, making presentations,



coordinating internally with hospital/business teams and converting corporate conversations into meaningful business opportunities.
1. Corporate Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and create a pipeline of MNCs, large Indian corporates, PSUs and other organizations in the assigned geography.
Research and identify key HR, Admin, Employee Advantages, Wellness and decision-making stakeholders.
Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with corporate HR teams and establish strong professional relationships.
Understand the organization's employee demographics, wellness priorities and healthcare requirements.
Generate new corporate partnerships and drive the organization from prospecting to engagement and closure.
Develop a strong network among HR and corporate decision-makers.
2. Employee Wellness & Engagement Programs
Engage with corporate HR teams to understand their requirements for employee wellness initiatives.
