Kinaxis Maestro Solution Lead / Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Maestro Solution Lead / Consultant with deep expertise in supply chain planning, closed-loop execution, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing business processes, designing and implementing Kinaxis Maestro solutions, driving system enhancements and integrations, and providing functional leadership across project lifecycles. The role requires close collaboration with Supply Chain, IT, ERP, Data, and Operations teams to deliver scalable planning solutions and maximize business value from Kinaxis investments.

Key Responsibilities
Assess business processes and existing system capabilities, identify functional gaps, and translate business requirements into solution designs and implementation roadmaps.
Lead the design, development, and delivery of Kinaxis Maestro enhancements and integrations with a focus on data analytics and closed-loop planning execution.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, Data, ERP,



and Operations stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Provide functional leadership and guidance through requirement analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and hyper care activities.
Drive user adoption through training development, knowledge transfer sessions, and change management initiatives.
Manage day-to-day application support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous system improvements.
Optimize planning workflows, automation, reporting, and platform usability to improve operational efficiency.
Evaluate emerging Kinaxis capabilities and recommend innovations that enhance planning accuracy, responsiveness, and decision-making.

Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent supply chain certifications are highly desirable.
