Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
Coach teams on Scrum/Agile practices and foster an Agile culture.
Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and facilitate cross-team coordination.
Support the Product Manager with release planning and delivery.
Promote transparency, collaboration, accountability, and open communication.
Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and goal setting.
Drive continuous improvement and team performance.




Maintain Agile tracking through JIRA/Agile boards.
Key Requirements
5+ years of Agile experience, with 7+ years overall experience preferred.
At least 1 successfully delivered project as a Scrum Master.
Experience delivering 3+ technical projects in software development/project management.
Solid knowledge of User Stories, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
CSM/PSM or relevant Scrum certification is a plus.
