About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned manufacturing operations qualified to join our Corporate Office as DGM – Manufacturing Operations. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of plant execution and corporate oversight — the incumbent will be the critical link between our factory floors and leadership, translating on-ground production, engineering, utility, and ETP performance into actionable insights, governance, and strategic direction for the Manufacturing Head.
This role is ideal for someone who has grown through hands-on plant leadership and is now ready to operate at a multi-site, strategic level — driving consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across the manufacturing network without being tied to a single location.

Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Plant Oversight:
● Act as the corporate anchor for Production, Utility, Engineering, and ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) functions across all manufacturing units.
● Partner closely with factory-level stakeholders (Plant Heads, Production Managers, Engineering & Utility Leads,



EHS teams) to gather performance data, track KPIs, and understand ground realities.

Reporting & MIS:
● Consolidate and analyze production output, utility consumption, engineering downtime, and ETP compliance data from multiple plants into structured reports for the Manufacturing Head.
● Build and maintain dashboards/MIS systems that give leadership real-time visibility into plant performance, bottlenecks, and risks.
● Flag deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities proactively — not just report numbers but interpret them.

Operational Governance:
● Drive standardization of processes, SOPs, and best practices across factories in production, utility management, engineering maintenance, and effluent treatment.
● Support root-cause analysis and corrective action tracking for recurring production, utility, or
ETP-related issues.
