About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, sprint planning, project estimation, reporting, and stakeholder management. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize productivity, remove impediments, and ensure successful project delivery.

What You'll Do:

Team Performance & Agile Excellence
Guide teams in applying Agile and Lean principles, ensuring collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies including stand?ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Establish and reinforce clear team rules, working agreements, and standard practices
Track, analyze, and communicate team efficiency metrics, driving continuous improvement through reflection and adaptation




Contribute to improving organizational Agile standards based on team learnings

Enable strong communication and collaboration between Business and IS teams
Ensure a shared understanding of product vision, value, and stakeholder expectations

Optimize and accelerate product delivery by proactively identifying and removing blockers
Prevent and address operational issues that may hinder delivery
Manage dependencies with external contributors, suppliers, and experts
