Role Description The Sales Attendant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Firozabad. The Sales Attendant will assist customers on the shop floor, answer product questions, and guide them to the appropriate sections of the store. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, arranging merchandise displays, checking product labels and prices, and maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas. The role also involves handling basic billing support at the counter when needed, monitoring inventory levels, and reporting low-stock items to supervisors.



The Sales Attendant will follow store policies, support promotional activities, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective daily operations.
Qualifications

Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to greet, assist, and communicate clearly with shoppers.
Basic numerical skills for handling prices, quantities, and simple billing support.
Attention to detail for merchandising, labeling, and maintaining product displays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to follow store procedures and safety guidelines.
