The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can manage and grow both TBP Codot's digital
presence and our clients' digital marketing activities.
This is not just a social media posting role. We are looking for someone who can understand different
businesses, identify their target audiences, create practical marketing plans, execute campaigns and
measure results.
The ideal candidate should be a solid all-rounder who can take ownership, think strategically and work across multiple brands and projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Marketing for TBP Codot: Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives to build brand




awareness and generate relevant opportunities.
• Content & Social Media: Plan and manage content calendars, create engaging content and manage
relevant social media channels, especially LinkedIn.
• Google Ads: Plan, launch, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns based on campaign and
business objectives.
• Meta Ads: Plan, execute and optimise Meta advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
• LinkedIn Sales & Marketing: Use LinkedIn strategically for B2B marketing, audience targeting,
prospect engagement and supporting business development initiatives.
• Content Marketing: Support blogs, case studies, thought-leadership content, website content and
email marketing initiatives.
• SEO & Website Marketing: Support basic SEO, content optimisation and initiatives to improve
website visibility and organic traffic.
• Client Marketing: Understand each client's business, audience and goals, and create suitable digital
