About Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer - LSR Process to drive process development, automation, and manufacturing excellence in LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) Process Engineering. This role offers an prospect to work on advanced automation, glass preparation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities – Mechanical Engineer, LSR Process
Lead the development, qualification, and manufacturing release of LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) processes, ensuring compliance with quality, reliability, and customer requirements.
Drive process development activities related to glass cleaning, glass preparation, LSR removal, primer application, plasma treatment, and associated mechanical operations.
Plan, execute, and monitor process trials, process characterization studies, and validation activities to establish robust manufacturing processes.
Analyze process performance data, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve yield, productivity, quality, and cycle time.




Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), FACA, and failure investigations for process-related issues, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Act as the technical subject matter expert for glass handling, chemical handling, automation systems, and mechanical process improvements within the LSR manufacturing environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Tool Design, Automation, Maintenance, and Industrial Engineering to resolve technical challenges and support production requirements.
Review and optimize automation concepts, machine parameters, tooling designs, and process controls to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce defects.
Prepare, review, and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Risk Assessments, and other technical documents.
