This is not a conventional digital marketing role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys figuring out how to grow from 100 customers to 1,000, from 10 partners to 100, and eventually from one market to multiple markets using experimentation, partnerships, referrals, community networks, digital channels, automation and unconventional growth ideas.
The ideal candidate is curious, analytical,
execution-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where new ideas are tested quickly, measured and either improved, scaled or dropped.
What You Will Own1. Customer Growth
Develop and experiment with new ways of acquiring customers for Bill Optimisation, Energy Audits, Smart Home solutions and other consumer services.
Explore acquisition channels including:
Residential communities and RWAs
Digital campaigns
Referral programs
Social media and content
WhatsApp/community marketing
Events and activations
Corporate and institutional partnerships
Local businesses and associations
Electricians, technicians and installers
Builders and facility managers
Colleges and community organisations
Identify channels capable of delivering high-volume customer acquisition at sustainable economics.

Help build Climate Yodha into a large distributed partner network.
