Role Description The Department Head Worsted Spinning is responsible for leading and managing the worsted spinning department to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets. This full-time, on-site role in Madhya Pradesh, India involves planning and scheduling production, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring optimal utilization of resources. The role includes overseeing process parameters, supervising shift teams,



and implementing best practices for quality control, waste reduction, and safety compliance. The Department Head collaborates with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams, prepares performance reports, and drives continuous improvement initiatives in line with company goals. This position also requires training and mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in worsted spinning processes, including fiber preparation, spinning parameters, and yarn quality standards.
Experience in supervising spinning operations, managing production schedules, and optimizing machine and labor utilization.
Knowledge of textile quality control methods, defect analysis, and continuous improvement tools such as Lean or Kaizen.
