About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Flutter Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart, a solid understanding of mobile application development, and practical knowledge of modern state management solutions.
You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS while working closely with our UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Build clean, scalable, reusable, and maintainable code.
Implement responsive and pixel-perfect UI based on design specifications.
Work with APIs, third-party services, and backend integrations.
Implement effective application state management using Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
Integrate REST APIs and handle JSON data efficiently.




Write reusable widgets and components to improve development efficiency.
Optimize applications for performance, stability, and scalability.
Conduct testing and debugging across different devices and screen sizes.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.
Required Skills
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
Strong proficiency in the Dart programming language.
Valuable understanding of the Flutter framework and widgets.
Practical experience with at least one or more state management solution:
Provider
BLoC / Cubit
Riverpod
Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party APIs.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, Futures, Streams, and JSON.
