We are looking for a Trainer/Training Specialist to lead end-to-end training and quality initiatives for our Sales and Client Servicing teams. You will report directly to the Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Capability Building
Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for Sales and Client Servicing Associates
Develop structured onboarding, refresher, and advanced training modules
Ensure training content is aligned with business goals, compliance, and customer experience standards
Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and certification programs
Quality & Performance Management
Define and monitor quality benchmarks for sales and client servicing interactions
Work closely with operations and leadership to identify skill gaps and performance issues
Drive measurable improvements in conversion, customer satisfaction, and compliance
Implement feedback loops and coaching frameworks based on quality insights
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Operations, HR,
and Compliance teams to ensure training effectiveness
Support leadership with data-driven insights on training impact and quality outcomes
Assist in change management initiatives related to processes, products, or systems
Required Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years of experience in training, quality, or learning & development roles
Prior experience training sales and/or client servicing teams (B2C/B2B)
Strong understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle, and service excellence
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and report training impact
