Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, proactive and technology-friendly Junior Social Media & AI Content Executive.
The candidate will work under the guidance of a senior team member and execute approved social media strategies. The role involves content research, AI-assisted content creation, basic designing, publishing and daily management of company and client social media accounts.
This position is suitable for an intern, fresher or candidate with up to one year of experience who is willing to learn, follow instructions and consistently deliver quality work.

Key Responsibilities
Research industry trends, competitors and trending content formats
Generate content ideas using ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI tools
Write captions, hooks, post copy and short-form video scripts
Prepare weekly and monthly social media content calendars




Create basic social media posts, stories and carousels using Canva
Adapt content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms
Schedule and publish approved content
Coordinate with video editors and designers for Reels and creatives
Maintain the approved brand tone and visual consistency
Monitor comments, messages and daily account activity
Support routine community engagement
Repurpose existing content into different formats
Review, edit and humanise AI-generated content before publishing
Maintain organised content folders, trackers and publishing records
Prepare basic monthly social media performance reports
Implement feedback and revisions within the given timelines

Candidate Requirements
Intern, fresher or candidate with up to one year of relevant experience
Good written English and basic verbal communication
Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
