In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Support the development and implementation of innovative High Performance
Butterfly Valve technologies and concepts.
* Serve as a subject matter expert for the mechanical aspects of HPBV designs
and components.
* Develop new product concepts that address market requirements and strengthen
competitive positioning.
* Guide projects from concept development through detailed design and
validation.
* Establish, document, and implement engineering best practices and design
methodologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, testing,
simulation, materials, marketing, and supply chain professionals.
* Support additional engineering initiatives and special projects as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Robust experience applying engineering fundamentals to develop new mechanical
product concepts and designs.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making
capabilities.
* Knowledge of pressure-retaining materials, coatings, wear mechanisms, machine
design, material selection, and manufacturing processes.
* Familiarity with modern manufacturing technologies, including additive
manufacturing and advanced machining methods.
* Experience managing product development activities from customer requirements
through prototype testing and production readiness.
