Our Programs
Udhyam Shiksha works on developing entrepreneurial mindsets among the youth and enabling them to achieve their potential, having impacted ~47,00,000 learners across 12 Indian states.
Udhyam Vyapaar focuses on nano businesses in India, and solving large problems faced by them, at scale; having already enabled 10000+ entrepreneurs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Own the overall various district operations and end-to-end program delivery. Manage the big picture for the state, ensure effective execution across districts, and take overall ownership of state-level goals, outcomes and performance.
Lead, manage and develop the districts’ team at state. Define explicit roles, responsibilities and goals, review team performance regularly,



provide coaching and feedback, and build a culture of ownership, collaboration and accountability.
Define state-level program goals and implementation strategy, prepare and execute annual and quarterly plans, allocate ownership across team members, review progress regularly, and adapt strategies based on program needs and data.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, partner organisations, resource persons, district officials, school principals and teachers. Serve as the lead state-level coordinator and represent Udhyam with key stakeholders.
Monitor relevant government priorities, policies and regulations, understand their implications for the program, and guide the team in aligning implementation with government priorities and requirements.
