Job Description — Head of Product

Location: Gurgaon / Gurugram
Experience: 5+years in Product Management, with significant experience leading product teams

Role Summary
The Head of Product will own the overall product strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution for the business. The role will be responsible for identifying customer and business opportunities, translating them into scalable product solutions, and driving measurable business outcomes through the product portfolio.
The individual will work closely with Business, Technology, Design, Data, Marketing, Operations, and senior leadership to ensure that product initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Vision
Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
Identify recent product opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, competition, and business priorities.
Translate organizational goals into a clear product roadmap and measurable objectives.




Own prioritization across multiple products/features based on business impact, customer value, effort, and strategic importance.
2. Product Development & Execution
Lead the complete product lifecycle from discovery and ideation to development, launch, and optimization.
Ensure effective collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams.
Establish strong product development processes and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
Remove organizational and cross-functional bottlenecks impacting product delivery.
3. Customer & Market Understanding
Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys, pain points, and unmet needs.
Use customer research, data, analytics, and market intelligence to inform product decisions.
Monitor competitive products and emerging industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
