About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the Automotive/Engineering domain and be comfortable handling technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automotive and Engineering requirements.
Source and screen candidates for technical roles across the Automotive domain.
Work on requirements involving: CATIA / CADEmbedded Systems, AUTOSAR, MATLAB / Simulink, Automotive Software & Engineering roles
Understand job requirements and effectively screen candidates based on technical skill sets.
Use Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals for candidate sourcing.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure smooth interview and offer closure.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidates within timelines.
Required Skills
2-4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably in the Automotive domain.
Good understanding of Automotive technical skill sets and engineering profiles.
Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant profiles.
Good follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring targets.
