Our remote-first team turns raw footage into high-impact, platform-optimized videos—leveraging automation, motion graphics, and AI-assisted editing to scale content velocity without sacrificing quality.

Role & Responsibilities

Edit raw video footage into polished, brand-consistent outputs for social, web, and internal use—optimizing for platform-specific specs (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Apply transitions, color grading, audio balancing, and motion graphics using industry-standard tools to enhance storytelling and retention
Collaborate with content strategists and designers to align edits with campaign goals, tone, and CTAs
Organize and label project assets for seamless handoff and future reuse across team members
Support A/B testing of video variants by rapidly iterating on cuts, captions, and pacing based on performance data




Stay current with emerging video trends, templates, and platform algorithm updates to continuously refine output quality

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
Adobe Premiere Pro
DaVinci Resolve
Final Cut Pro
After Effects (basic motion graphics)
Adobe Audition
CapCut or InShot (for mobile/platform-optimized edits)
YouTube Studio / Instagram Insights (for performance optimization)
Google Drive / Dropbox (media asset management)
Preferred
Experience with Canva Video or Pictory for AI-assisted editing
Basic understanding of SEO-friendly thumbnails and titles
Portfolio showcasing 3+ short-form or long-form edited videos (even personal projects)
