About Position:

As a SOC Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of security professionals and managing all aspects of the Security Operations Center for client engagements. You will oversee the delivery of SOC services, ensure the effective detection and response to cybersecurity threats, and maintain strong client relationships. Leveraging your extensive experience and leadership skills, you will drive excellence in service delivery, implement best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the client's security program.

What You'll Do:

Client Engagement Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations, and ensure that SOC services align with their needs. Team Leadership and Management
Lead and manage a team of SOC analysts, engineers, and specialists,



ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to foster professional growth and development. Service Delivery Oversight
Oversee the delivery of SOC services, including monitoring, detection, analysis, and response to security incidents.
Ensure that SOC operations adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet client expectations for performance and quality. Incident Response and Threat Management
Lead and coordinate incident response activities for client engagements, including triage, investigation, and remediation.
Manage the handling of security incidents according to established procedures and protocols. Security Tool Management and Optimization
Manage and optimize security tools and technologies used within the SOC environment, ensuring they meet the needs of client engagements.
