In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead the development and implementation of innovative High Performance Butterfly Valve technologies and concepts.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the mechanical design and performance of valve components and systems.
Develop new product concepts aligned with customer needs and market opportunities.
Guide projects from concept development through detailed design, validation, and implementation.
Establish, document, and implement engineering best practices and design methodologies.
Mentor engineering team members by sharing technical expertise and providing project guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, testing, simulation, materials engineering, marketing, and supply chain.
Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned

For This Role, You Will Need:
Min. of 15 years related experience with min. of 5 years in the area of industrial valves
Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Demonstrated expertise in applying engineering fundamentals to mechanical systems and developing new product concepts.
Solid analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with pressure-retaining materials, material coatings, wear mechanisms, machine design, material selection, and manufacturing methods.
Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, including additive manufacturing and multi-axis machining.
