Role Description This is a full time, on-site Purchase Coordinator role based in Bardez. The Purchase Coordinator will oversee day-to-day purchasing activities, including preparing and managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of materials and services acquired for real estate projects. The role involves liaising with vendors and contractors, obtaining quotations, negotiating basic terms, and ensuring timely procurement to meet project schedules.



The Purchase Coordinator will verify invoices against purchase orders, support budget tracking, and collaborate closely with project, finance, and site teams to ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchasing, including vendor coordination and basic negotiation.
Candidates should possess skills in preparing, managing, and tracking Purchase Orders to support real estate project timelines.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to compare quotations, monitor costs, and assist in procurement-related reporting.
Candidates should possess understanding of Procurement practices, including sourcing suppliers and maintaining supplier information.
Relevant experience in purchasing or coordination roles, preferably in construction or real estate.
