Role Description The Brand Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for shaping and growing the AllThingsBaby brand. As a Brand Manager at All Things Baby, you would oversee growth, distribution and customer experience for a portfolio of globally renowned international brands that are distributed across India exclusively by AllThingsBaby via the business unit “ATB Brands”.

Responsabilities
· Relationships: Be the relationship lead for your portfolio of key brand partnerships

· Growth and distribution through execution: Responsible for end-to-end ownership and execution of growth strategies for your brand portfolio and for its presence across:
Ø Platform (www.allthingsbaby.com)
Ø Online marketplaces (Amazon, Tata Cliq Luxury, Quick Commerce, etc.)
Ø Offline retail footprint (ATB Retail Stores, Mothercare (shop-in-shop), general trade outlets across India

· Marketing campaigns: Execute product launches, 360-degree brand-building campaigns and promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness and recall.

· Customer experience:



Own the customer experience across channels; this includes ownership and updation of your brand’s product catalog, content bank and storefronts - these would be accomplished in strict adherence with brand guidelines; you would also promptly address relevant customer queries or grievances

· Inventory management: Manage inventory procurement as well as inventory health for your brand portfolio

· Performance management: Regularly analyse and report on key performance metrics (revenue, profitability, traffic, engagement) to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives undertaken, as well as to identify and execute on areas for optimization

· Reports management: Formally report on monthly brand performance and marketing insights to each of your brand partners.

Qualifications
MBA preferred, but not mandatory
Minimum experience of 3-5 years in brand management, including developing and executing brand strate
